Flight of the Conchords and a Law & Order tidbit….

I watched a very interesting show on sunday night, it was called “Flight of the Conchords.”   It was about this music group and well beyond that it is pretty indescribable.   It was funny, the guys would just start singing in the middle of a scene.   I think everyone should give this HBO show a chance, it is very interesting.    I found it even funnier the second time around.    Now on to the Law & Order news:

“Election Law and Order: When Fred Dalton Thompson formally announces his candidacy for U.S. president, TNT must pull his five years of Law & Order reruns off TV or give equal time to all his competitors, due to Section 315 of the U.S. Communications Act. Elizabeth Rohm, who co-starred with him on L&O for four years, says she’ll lose the 25 per cent of her salary that comes from residuals.”

I know what you are thinking… is this a Law & Order blog now?   No it isn’t I just find this interesting and I know you do too.   So Rohm is getting screwed here!   I find it funny! 

Sopranos’s ending and more Law & Order news!

I was shocked at first but after thinking about it I think it was a beautiful finale.    It was a very funny episode.   I was laughing the whole time and I loved the new character!   The Cat was great.   He brought a whole new element to the show.   Meanwhile I really liked the FBI agent in this episode.    I would go as far to say that I want to see a spinoff with him.    He is cheating on his wife and cheering on Tony!   Awesome.   But back to the ending:  What was beautiful about it is that it leaves it up to the viewer’s interpetation.   Was Tony shot?   Was his meal uneventful?   Does he suddenly wake up?    Any and all of these are possible and more!

Meanwhile in Law & Order news, I think I am back!   Friday night or not I will be watching next season.   Jack McCoy is getting a promotion!    With his boss running for President Jack is moving up the food chain.    I am not sure if this means he will have less screen time but I am excited to see how all these changes play out.   Link:

Law and Order News!

Jeremy Sisto will be replacing Milena Govich on the main Law and Order show!   I liked Milena, she was pretty and her character actually had a story but I have been a fan of Sisto’s work for awhile.   I believe they will do some interesting things with his character.    Also in not so surprising news: Fred Thompson will not be returning.
