- I wasn’t perfect last year but I think I did pretty well with my resolutions. I didn’t purchase cookies all year. I am not sure if I want to continue that one, but it would probably be good for my health.
- Workout 3 times a week minimum. I probably started out the year doing well with that one but it definitely fell off during the softball season and when I tried to re-dedicate myself in December… instead I might have done worse. The Big guy moving to Guelph has really hurt my workout routine. I need a new one because I need to lose 10-15 pounds.
- The no fast food thing worked for awhile but I eventually went to McDonald’s (probably with my brother or Bobette) or KFC. Actually damn… I think I got addicted to Burger King mid-summer. I might need to try this one again. Maybe I should limit it to McDonald’s.
- I did cut my comic budget but I wouldn’t be surprised if he went back up as the year went on. I think I need to try this one again. Time to cut some books for my monthly list.
- Can you suggest any resolutions? Do you think I should change some of the above ones? What should I do?
- I really should have written this blog last week. I could have sandwiched it in between the “Leftovers” post and the Dec. 30th “Dis and Dat”.

Oh ho, NIIIICE one! I thought you weren’t going to do it this year, but then at the last minute, you slipped the secret word in there! Great work!
My resolutions are to work out more (as many as 6X per week for 15 to 20 mins per) and try to work my way up to something like P90X as I progress. I spotted a bodyweight workout book on Amazon I liked too, so maybe I’ll pick that up if I can get past this first hump of dropping some weight so I can move.
